Politique et Termes de Coopération

Win Win

Our every cooperation is based on the IPC framework of Principles and Values. The Principle that determines our payment in the various collaborations with Companies and Organizations is the Principle of “OFFER” and “MUTUAL BENEFIT” (win win). Based on this Principle, the amount of our payment for our services is determined by the Customers, based on the expected benefit and their wish to contribute to the dissemination of IPC’s Scope – Mission. At the end of the cooperation they have every right to redetermine their initial estimation about the amount of our payment based on the results of the cooperation and on the fact that both parties have equal responsibility to achieve the objectives of the collaboration.

The Distribution of Profits

The profits from IPC’s activity are the means for the dissemination of its Scope – Mission and are mainly distributed for:

  • Finding and training Partners all over the World in order to expand the IPC Network (IPC-Net).
  • Research and Continuous Improvement along with creating infrastructures (mainly on Information and Communication technology) that support our effective operation.
  • Promotion expenses for the Concept.

The Principle of SIMPLICITY and AUSTERITY as well as the principle of RESPECT of the ENVIRONMENT determines the Resource distribution on the above Actions. Every Company – Organization will determine the amount of our payment for our collaboration and will cover our transport and accommodation expenses needed in order to provide our services. They will also cover some of the IPC-Net operation expenses (management and promotion expenses).

The Collaboration Agreement Includes

  • Full determination of the collaboration (Project) with time schedule, time of occupation, scope, objectives and expected results.
  • The cost of transportation, accommodation and participation in the operation expenses.
  • Our payment as estimated by the Company – Organization. The initial estimation can change during the collaboration or at the end of it, based on the results of the cooperation and on the fact that both parties have equal responsibility to achieve the objectives of the collaboration. The final determination of the amount of payment can be done even after the end of the collaboration, based on the evaluation results.
