As Iron (constructional steel) and Cement were the two basic Building Materials that brought revolution to construction many decades ago, in the same way Processes and Projects are the two main “Building Materials” that bring revolution in Management and Business Organization. Success and lasting period of success does not depend on how fast or how cute you climb the ladder (techniques and experience). It mainly depends on which wall you choose to put the ladder on every time.
The right wall can automatically be chosen when the Executives and Managers implement the appropriate framework of Principles and Values.
